Ordered before 12:00, delivered the next working day
For vehicles that are not registered or do not have a valid MOT, the Austrian transit license plate can be used. Also called the Austrian export license plate. This license plate includes temporary third party liability insurance and can be taken out if a vehicle is exported and driven by road to the country of destination.
For an application you need:
- Copy of sales invoice for the vehicle
- Copy of registration document, if it concerns a used vehicle
- Certificate of Conformity (CoC), if it concerns a new vehicle
- Authorization signed by buyer
- Copy of ID if the buyer is a private individual
- Desired effective date. The insurance is valid for 21 days from the commencement date.
When ordering this product, the delivery time is a maximum of 2 working days. Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) mean that the plates and insurance policy will be delivered to you the next working day. Vinacles cannot be held liable in the event of a delay due to force majeure.
No valid MOT is required for this license plate and insurance. However, the buyer must ensure that the vehicle is in good/safe condition if it is driven by road to the country of destination.
