Ordered before 12:00, delivered the next working day

For vehicles that do not have a valid license plate or a valid MOT, you can use the Austrian export license plate, also known as the Austrian transit license plate. This temporary license plate includes temporary third-party liability insurance and can be requested when a vehicle is exported and driven by road to the country of destination.

Please note: Applications are only possible for companies with an EORI number.

Required documents for the export license plate application:

• A copy of the sales invoice for the vehicle
• A copy of the registration document, if it is a used vehicle
• A Certificate of Conformity (CoC), if it is a new vehicle
• A authorization signed by the buyer
• Copy of ID if the buyer is a private individual
• The desired start date of the insurance. The insurance is valid for 21 days from this start date.

When ordering this product, the delivery time is a maximum of 2 working days. If you place your order before 12:00 noon, the plates and the insurance policy will be delivered to you the next working day. Vinacles cannot be held liable for any delay due to force majeure.

To obtain this export license plate and the associated insurance, a valid MOT is not required. However, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the vehicle is in a safe and sound condition when it is driven by itself on the road to the country of destination with the temporary license plate.

WARNING! This is a transit license plate for transport from A to B and CANNOT be used for registration abroad. For this, you must use the original documents of the vehicle.
