When you sell a passenger vehicle abroad, a Type Approval Data Declaration may often be requested upon registration. This document contains similar information to a VTG (Certificate of Conformity) or a COC (Certificate of Conformity). You can easily request a COC declaration to meet these requirements.
The Type Approval Data Declaration is provided by A2SP, the official provider for the RDW, and is accepted in most EU member states. Please note: this document is not accepted in Portugal, Croatia, Belgium and Spain.
Because we draw up the declaration specifically for your license plate, cancellation or return after processing is unfortunately not possible. Please note that this is not an official COC document from the manufacturer, but a declaration based on the type approval data from the COC. Requesting and using this declaration is at your own risk.
